So I know I said awhile ago that I was going to start the routine around the time I posted the 5/3/1 info but work and really bad tendinitis in my right elbow prevented me. The tendinitis is almost better and I quit my job because I am going back to school soon to get my teaching credential. This gives me the perfect opportunity to start this program. I have read a lot and studied up on it so on Monday, I will be ready to start it.
To paraphrase my favorite quote that I read online about weightlifting, workout hard and have fun doing it but do not workout to the point where you neglect your social obligations such as hanging out with friends.
